Offline Translator Spanish Pro App Reviews

I deleted this app within 5 min. The Spanish pronunciation was horrible and incorrect. What a piece of garbage.

The databases that accompany this app appear to be the last generation of translators, which were known for "pidginizing" translations into utter nonsense. When I tested standard LonelyPlanet phrase translations from English into Spanish, hilarity and non-comprehension ensued. There is no excuse for fouling-up travellers phrases anymore. Please consider downloading Google Translates offline database, which does a decent job with travellers phrases thus far, and save yourself the $2.

Work very well for me. Very useful for who want to translate in different language

The words are very precise, but the sentences are so off and incorrect, that I have been really embarrassed a few times. The Italian version is exactly the same. If you go to Spain and don’t mind people laughing at you or getting insulted when you use this translator, then this is for you.

This uses a horrible computer generated text to speech generator. The translation it did was poor. An example of the sheer badness if this waste of 2$ is I said "one day at a time" which it spoke as "windy at a teem"

Loaded the app to help when travelling. Would only translate one phrase before locking up and shutting down. Gave it 2 stars because when my partner loaded the same app onto his phone (we both have iPhone 4), it worked... most of the time and except for the voice. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

To be honest it is totally away from what it claim. I could not explain people simple things as this translator copy half of the english words and paste it as they belowe as translated in to Spanish. This is unknowing and confusing. I not recommend this software until it improoves.

Very simple translator too simple to be in fact, would like features to speak the translation and edit dictionary if needed.

This app works great and perfect for traveling when you dont have network access. Thanks for doing what others dont do. i.e. work in offline mode.

This app saves money plain and simple other translators require data access and since this works offline I actually use it when abroad. Love this app!

It doesnt translate the text right at all

This app will translate phrases and sentences OFFLINE, no Internet connection required. Its not perfect but it does the job. Nice.

Worth less. I bought this because I am going to our sponsored girls graduation. Thankfully I did my homework with a dictionary. I almost told a 17 yr old girl I wanted her. For real. This app is a swing and a miss. Do not buy. The test site worked perfectly. The app, not so much.

Cannot make the audio work

It is a good app thats easy to use.

Used the app in Spain many times. The offline translation feature is very good.

Dont buy it, its terrible. When you take a picture of a sentence, instead of displaying the sentence, it shows odd letters and numbers, and doesnt translate anything

The app is very confusing, and after paying, it wants you to pay another $5 for the picture photo thing. It doesnt allow you to change languages, and this app is just terrible. Do not buy.
